Personal Training Program

Come workout with us! We are now offering low-cost personal training to help you work to accomplish your health and fitness goals in a holistic way. During this program, you will learn proper movement, technique, and exercises, as well as learn about healthy eating and developing a healthier lifestyle. The ultimate goal of this program is to give you a foundation for you to build upon.

This package includes one training session per week for 3 months, a basic nutrition advisory, and behavior modification planning. Space is limited to 5 participants per 3-month session!
