4-H’ers Attend District 4-H Winterfest

— Written By

Our 4-H’ers had a great time at the North Central District 4-H Winterfest event on December 7, 2019. They participated in workshops on team building, line dancing, and electricity. They made 157 blessing bags for the homeless which were taken back to each county to pass out as a community service project. They also participated in the Reality Store where they learned about budgeting and real life! We are so proud of Rockingham County 4-H’ers, Alice Holmes and Keynon Settle, who taught a workshop on how to build a can lamp. Our 4-H’ers who attended are Patrick Winchester, Eloisa Cruz, Abby Corriher, Mallary Walker, Levi Corriher, Addison Farris, Sarah Farlee, Alice Holmes, and Keynon Settle. Such a great group of Rockingham County 4-H’ers!
