Come join us at the Rockingham County Extension Office on June 18th at 11 a.m.-12 p.m. for a free educational class about value-added products. We will discuss what is a value added product, safe practices, and requirements for selling: fresh produce, canned goods, dehydrated goods and more. This class is applicable whether you are already utilizing value added products or brand new! Participants will leave with a food safety certificate.
