Collapse ▲Local farmers are working hard to adapt selling methods of local products while ensuring customers health and safety.
With the Stay at Home order by the Governor, one of the reasons to leave home is to purchase food. Food and Agriculture are Essential! Farmers grow and sell food! Some local producers also make and sell soap!! You may also purchase plants as well to start your own gardens or landscape while at home.
Please remember local farmers when shopping for food. The farmers have worked hard to produce products and need support in this time as well.
Many farmers are making safety changes. Some practices they have implemented are extra cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting. A few may stop recycling containers or using cardboard. Also, they are changing their selling procedures for customers to practice social distancing at farm stand and U-Pick farms. Many growers are increasing online ordering and pick up or delivery methods. A few products can even be mailed to you!
